Steve Allison is a seasoned comedian with over three decades of experience, beginning his career as Australia’s youngest comedy juggler at Expo 88. Steve is considered a legend in the Australian comedy scene by his industry peers gained from constantly performing internationally and around Australia. His journey through comedy has been nothing short of remarkable, with his friendly clever style of comedy, his hilarious stories, classic one liners and outrageous observations always leaves everyone in stitches. This has led him to have the reputation as the best comedian in the country that nobody has ever heard of. Steve is often described as a reliable lovable Aussie larrikin.
Steve was born into a show business family, his parents “The Allisons” were Australia’s top sight act for 40 years, his dad always said “As long as you live under this roof you’ll do things my way”, so Steve had to come home from school everyday drunk and tell mum a joke. Steve launched is solo career at Expo 88 in Brisbane and has gone on to perform on television, radio and alongside some of the biggest names in Australian entertainment and is also a favourite of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Princess Cruises and Carnival Cruises.
